Bresaola Punta d’Anca
Cured product made from the part of the leg of beef called " Punta d'Anca" (topside). The resulting Bresaola speciality has a compact shape and is of better quality since the meat comes from the "noble" leg muscles. The red coloured, lean and tender meat makes this product unique.
